At Restaurant de Lindehof we use the Uniform Conditions Hospitality (UVH). These are the conditions under which catering companies established in the Netherlands such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and related companies (including catering companies, party service companies, etc.) provide catering services and conclude catering agreements.

A cancellation must be submitted in writing, no rights can be derived from an oral cancellation. In the event of a no show, everything may in all cases be charged and the guest is obliged to pay this.
Cancellation group from 4 persons:
– A cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the reserved time
– For 72 hours or less, we reserve the right to charge 50%. *
– At 48 hours or less, we reserve the right to charge 75%. *
Cancellation of individuals up to 4 persons:
– A cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the reserved time
– For 48 hours or less, we reserve the right to charge 50%. *
